🚰 We confirm the lifting of the precautionary boil-water advisory for the section of Cyr Street (between Campbell and de l’Église Streets).

Test results confirm that the water is safe to drink and meets current quality standards.

Instructions during a preventive boil-water advisory:

Boil the water for at least 1 minute or use commercially bottled water before:

  • drinking it

  • washing food items used in meal preparation

  • brushing your teeth

  • preparing baby bottles

  • giving it to your pets

🚰 Unless otherwise stated, you may continue to use tap water without boiling it for:

  • taking a shower or bath and washing children (while ensuring they do not swallow any water)

  • preparing foods and dishes that will be cooked

  • washing dishes in hot, soapy water (let them air-dry before use)

  • running the dishwasher (use the hot cycle)

  • washing clothes in the washing machine (be cautious with whites if the water is discolored)
